North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) - NCTA supports and encourages the use of technology as a tool in education from preschool through lifelong learning. It helps address the technology needs of North Carolina's schools and better prepares students for the 21st century workforce. Membership consists of top-tier leaders among technology companies, professional service firms, community organizations, educational institutions and government agencies.
The North Carolina Collection (NCC) - This collection is located at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It is the largest collection of printed materials related to a single state. The NCC has extensive printed materials relating to the history and culture of North Carolina, from the earliest accounts of explorers along the North American coast to present-day books and journals. It also has extensive holdings of newspapers, photographs, maps, and N.C. literary works.
State Library of North Carolina - This is an excellent educational resource. It provides access to the State Library's resources as well as links to the public and college libraries.
